After hearing that Wii U has been discontinued, and moved on to Nintendo Switch, I was trying to make something good for anyone, but it doesn't seem it's doing very good, so I decided that I change a bit while making the reboot a little more easier to handle. And recently, in my brains I would start with the mind of Street Fighter with Hero: 108 with fifty-two playable characters, as well as fourteen bosses. If you can get this forum and message. Okay, as much as I hate to say but I think it's best to not upload anymore of zackmolis artwork here. We should just stick to getting images from the HQ eps on Youtube since all the seasons are uploaded there, so there shouldn't be any reasons to still use their art.

Pages that contin ocs/fan ocs shouldn't even be here since I just spotted a page of Smiles that belongs to me on my two side accounts Heart-Love-Attack/Loving-Dying-Hearts[offical refe of the Smiles], and I'm protective of not only of my ocs but others as well. So I wasn't too pleased to see him being uploaded by another person who had no premission to post him here, along with being VERY upset about seeing the page even be made of them [page in question here].

Perhaps you have seen the links at the bottom of pages saying 'Spruce up your wikia.' This is a service where the Community Development Team can help improve the look of an eligible wiki, including background, logo, infoboxes, and other templates. You can see some of their work here. This could be an excellent opportunity in our ongoing efforts to craft a unique and appropriate look for our wiki, and I am proud to say that we are eligible to submit a request:

I think it sorta should be suggested that maybe, she doesn't have "fat legs", but rather, "pretty muscular legs". (LOL?)

I was thinking we might try putting the Chinese names associated with characters in their infoboxes. For instance, Lin Chung is 豹頭林沖, Seagull Prince is 海鷗王子, and I think Mystique Sonia is 女夜叉孫二娘. I know they won't show up correctly on some browsers if certain software isn't in place, but it might be worth it anyway.

I think it might be a good idea to have a template in an empty section on pages which would encourage people to write for that section. I've seen them on other Wikias, and I thought it would be a good idea because there are lots of pages on here that need sections such as the plot adding. The templates usually say something like "this page is missing a plot section, you can help the wikia by adding one!" and the link to editing the page is in the "adding one" bit. I hope you understand what I mean.

This isn't really a suggestion, but does anyone have any ideas for a new poll on the main page? Our current one has gotten stale.

Images

An old debate that we have had is whether to allow non-official images (i.e created by fan artists) on the wiki. A summary of that debate can be found here. The general consensus as of the last posting was that such images would be allowed if:

1. they are deemed by the community to have informational and visual merit and are relevant to Hero: 108 (i.e. they are well drawn and suitable to Hero: 108 Wiki's role as comprehensive database)
2. they contain no inappropriate content
3. they are clearly labeled as fan art in all galleries where they appear

Can we agree on this?

Fanfiction

It has previously been wiki policy that fanfiction is not tolerated. However, this has never been formally decided upon by the community. Allowing it alongside canon material is fairly rare, but not unheard of (this is the largest wiki to do so of which I'm aware). While a link from this wiki to Hero: 108 Fanfiction Wiki has been provided on the main page, occasional fan contributions have been made here, whereas the fanfiction wiki remains inactive. However, there is little reason to make a policy change if interest in Hero: 108 fanfiction is not very high anyway.

As you may know, we've been seeking to settle on a color scheme for a matter of weeks now. While I sense that the community is interested, no conclusive decision has been made. With the consent of the community, I would like to take few proposed color schemes and apply them for short periods of time, which will allow everyone to see and judge them.

Color schemes that have been proposed as of now are pictured below:

It is my hope that we can agree to test a few of these.

I've long been bothered by the generic infoboxes that we employ. I believe that we should use a customized infobox template. I've recently designed an alternative, which I believe is both more fitting for our wiki and is simpler to use. You can see it showcased on my user page.

As you are probably aware, it has been a tradition here to title articles in the plural (e.g. "Turtles" or "Drums") and with the first letters of most words capitalized (e.g. "12 Eyed Striped Dumbat" or "Grape Seed Ability").

This tradition existed before any currently active user was here, and is not necessarily good or bad. However, typical encyclopedic format puts titles in the singular (e.g. Wikipedia's Turtle or Drum) and capitalizes only the first word, barring proper nouns (e.g. Smooth muscle tissue or Internal combustion engine).

With this in mind, I would like to hear if there are any opinions about whether a change ought to be made. I personally lean slightly toward changing our format, but if you agree or disagree, please say so.

I'm not trying to be unfair when I say this, but I think editing on this wikia should be blocked unless you have an account. That way any foolery can be tracked to the account, instead of a random IP number which could be anyone.

Maybe we could have a welcome board on the forums to allow new users to introduce themselves?
